By creating an account and using Neariq, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Neariq monitors publicly available information about local businesses on Google Maps and sends you alerts when that information changes. All data monitored is publicly visible to anyone on Google Maps.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials or use the service to monitor businesses for illegal purposes.
You must be 18 or older to use Neariq.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features on the plan you choose. After the trial, your selected plan will be billed monthly. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Neariq provides information for competitive awareness only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data from Google Maps. Alerts are generated automatically and should be verified before making business decisions.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on information provided by Neariq.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
